This year's Health Expo promises to be outstanding. Headed by the nationally acclaimed physicians and other health personnel at The Ohio State University Medical Center, walkers will be presented with the opportunity gain important health information that will improve individual and community well-being. The Expo will be open to the public so bring along friends and family.
Health Screenings
The Ohio State University Medical Center Health Expo promises to be our most informative to date. Expo participants will have access to screenings, including blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol. Participants will then be able to discuss their results and appraisals with health professionals. Nutrition consultants will address issues related to diet and training. Experts will disseminate information about healthy foot care. Ohio State Sports Medicine physicians will be present to discuss healthy exercise tips. Ob/Gyn physicians will also be available to provide information about healthy weight gain and fitness during pregnancy.
